Mohr & Seredin has completed numerous historic landscape
preservation projects throughout New England. Where appropriate,
we use National Park Service/Secretary of the Interior’s
Guidelines for Treatment of Cultural Landscapes in order to make
informed decisions during the design process. Several projects
such as Deering Oaks Ravine Rehabilitation (Portland, ME) and
the Italian Garden, Codman Estate (Concord, MA) have followed
these guidelines.
